Is the wash and style really included?
Yes — every color, demi color, highlight, rinse, and relaxer includes a full wash, blowdry, and style. The price you see covers the finished look.
What's the difference between cap and foil highlights?
Cap highlights pull strands through a cap for an even, all-over lift — great value and a classic look. Foil highlights are placed section by section for more control and dimension. We'll recommend the right one at your consultation.
What is demi color?
Demi color is a gentler, ammonia-free formula that blends gray and refreshes tone without a hard commitment. It gradually fades rather than leaving a harsh regrowth line — perfect between full color services.
Do you do touch-ups for relaxers?
Yes — new-growth relaxer touch-ups are our standard approach. Overlapping relaxer on previously treated hair causes breakage, so we don't do it.
